OKC Thunder to be part of 3 marquee matchups in NBA's 2026-27 regular season

Two days before the entire 2026-27 regular season schedule is dropped, the NBA announced some of its marquee matchups. Of course, it shouldn't be a shocker to see the Oklahoma City Thunder heavily involved in some of their biggest nights of the league's marathon.

The Thunder are featured in three primetime national TV matchups — on Opening Night, Opening Week and Christmas Day. They enter the 2026-27 season as the co-title favorites — alongside the San Antonio Spurs . Both are penciled in for 60-plus wins once again.
