AIPROPX (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website at https://www.aipropx.com. We are a news-indexing platform that aggregates publicly available RSS feeds and presents a deterministic, multi-source view of news events. We never republish article content.

We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate the service:

• Newsletter email address — only if you voluntarily subscribe via the newsletter form.
• Server access logs — IP address, request path, HTTP status, and timestamp. Retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
• Aggregate analytics — page-view counts and story-click counts. No personal identifiers are stored alongside these metrics.

We do not use advertising trackers, sell data to third parties, or build personal profiles.

• To send the newsletter you subscribed to (email only).
• To detect and prevent abuse and DDoS attacks (server logs).
• To understand which stories are read most (aggregate counts only).

We share data only with essential infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email delivery) under data-processing agreements. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data with any third party.

Newsletter email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe. Server logs are purged after 30 days. Aggregate analytics counts are retained indefinitely in anonymised form.

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
