The free agent additions are DE Patrick Johnson, LB Buddy Johnson and WR Deven Thompkins.
Patrick Johnson played alongside Nakobe Dean on the Eagles ' Super Bowl team. They reunite in Las Vegas. He and longtime Buddy Johnson are both primarily special teams mavens. Thompkins is a fifth year veteran return specialist. Making these three moves all about strengthening special teams.
The corresponding moves were waiving undrafted rookies WR Jonathan Brady and LB Chris Thomas along with former International Pathway Program (IPP) player DT Laki Tasi.
