York, a 46-year-old married man, was taken into custody Sunday at a trailer park in East Palestine and was initially charged with engaging in prostitution, but prosecutors amended the charge to disorderly conduct. The football team owner is originally from Youngstown, Ohio, about a 30-minute drive from where he was arrested.
He ended up pleading no contest to misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct and possessing criminal tools.

He then went to the trailer park to meet up with the woman, and an agent from the Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force found York had his cellphone on him “which was used to arrange the criminal act,” according to the documents.
