As a result, Dart signed a four-year deal, which is believed to be worth just under the $17m mark – all of which is fully guaranteed.
Since being drafted by the Giants, Dart has been looking to invest his salary into a piece of the New York real estate market.
With an average of over $4m per year hitting his account, Dart will have some incredible options to select from.
However, one of the places he has viewed remains even out of his price range, with a second contract required to purchase his dream home.

Jaxson Dart’s reaction to second New York Giants contract is priceless
Dart still has a lot to prove in New York, with his rookie season ending in a 4-13 record, which also returned a QB rating of 57.5.
Although Dart has only been in New York for just over 12 months, the sophomore quarterback is looking to establish his roots in the area as he visits some seriously expensive property options.
When told the $10m price tag of one apartment he viewed, Dart was told it would likely have to wait until his second contract.
To which Dart replied: “Watch. Watch when I buy this.”
Suggesting that he would be willing to put down over half of his rookie deal on an apartment in New York may suggest that Dart is looking to remain with the Giants for well beyond his current contract.
Dart threw 15 touchdowns and five interceptions during the 2025 season.
He will be boosted by the return of his good friend and starting running back Cam Skettebo following his season-ending ankle injury back in October.
It will be a fresh start for Dart, who will be playing under NFL veteran Harbaugh following his move over from the Baltimore Ravens.
Although the 2025 season can be put behind him, there will still be a lot of expectation on Dart to produce the goods if he wants a second contract in the future that can secure him a $10m New York apartment.
