The ESPN sports talk show host took to social media to repost a shared clip of Maye throwing a pass across the middle of the field to the three-time All-Pro wide receiver. It could be a sign of things to come in a pass-heavy offense led by legendary offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels.
Maye was the best deep ball thrower in football last season, and Brown has long been one of the NFL's best deep threats. Few receivers on the planet can dominate against man coverage the way he's consistently able to do at an elite level.
That should serve the New England Patriots well in their bid to get back to the playoffs in 2026.

The 23-year-old quarterback finished second in MVP voting behind Matthew Stafford in only his second NFL season last year after racking up 4,394 passing yards, 31 touchdowns and eight interceptions.
Imagine what it could look like in an offense where he now has a true No. 1 receiver. As cliché as it sounds, the sky truly is the limit for Maye and Brown.
