”Washington is a big 6-foot-2, 228-pound back out of Arkansas. The only halfbacks that size on NFL rosters are Derrick Henry and Adam Randall of the Baltimore Ravens . He has strong straight-line speed as a power runner, and his PFF rushing grades improved every season in college.”
Washington went for 1,070 rushing yards and eight rushing touchdowns at Arkansas last season. He added 226 receiving yards to his body of work for the year. Washington has the potential to be a great change-of-pace back behind Jeanty and garner carries near the goal line.
The 23-year-old running back has the size, versatility and upside to turn into a valuable player for fantasy football team managers in 2026. His potential may show itself once he gets a few games under him, and he may garner consideration for starts against favorable matchups next season.
