Buffalo Bills QB Josh Allen became a father with wife Hailee Steinfeld earlier in the 2026 NFL offseason, and his dream scenario for the end of this season involves his family.
Allen has been regarded as one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL for the last few years, but he’s just not been able to make it through the Playoffs and reach a Super Bowl to solidify his legacy.
The 2026-27 NFL season is a fresh opportunity for Allen to prove his caliber as the best QB, and he’s already motivating himself with a personal dream for himself with his newborn daughter.
Josh Allen wants a picture of him holding his daughter under the Super Bowl confetti
In an interview with NFL Network’s Kyle Brandt , Allen was asked about how he wants his daughter, Harper, to remember the 2026 NFL season, prompting an emotional answer.
“Well, hopefully she’s sitting there saying, ‘This picture of you holding me on the field under the confetti’s pretty cool.’ Yeah. So that’s, that’s the vision that I have. You know?”
“What I’ll tell her is we worked really hard, and this is a team that loved, loved each other, and accomplished something so great, and that’s sometimes what it takes.”

“It takes a lot of sacrifice from those around you, everybody in the building here, outside, all of our wives and girlfriends making sacrifices for us to come out here and do what we do. But hopefully, she can see that there was a lot of love on this team, and, hopefully, we can set what we accomplish.”
Can Josh Allen’s Bills finally make it to the Super Bowl?
Allen has appeared in every single NFL Playoffs since 2019, with the furthest runs coming in 2020 and 2024, ending with AFC Championship losses to the Kansas City Chiefs.
With the Chiefs handing Allen four of his seven career Playoff losses, the Bills will feel confident in their roster and abilities, with KC looking much weaker compared to their prime when they regularly beat Allen’s Bills.
Allen has an incomparable skill-set to his peers with elite arm strength and mobility, making him a genuine dual-threat at QB. He’s among the most skilled and physically gifted QBs in the NFL right now.
Unfortunately, big-game mistakes have hurt him in the postseason, which is the only place he needs success in to cement his status as an all-time great.
Allen knows that as well, and this mental image of celebrating with his newborn daughter and wife after securing the Super Bowl will likely drive him to success.
