See the full story · 1 sourcesThe New York Giants are hitting the road for John Harbaugh's first training camp - and we're headed to West Virginia with them.
For the first time since the Giants were reigning Super Bowl champions, the team will begin its training away from the Meadowlands and its facility in the shadow of MetLife Stadium at 1925 Giants Drive.
It's been 14 years, and Jaxson Dart is the quarterback, not Eli Manning. Brian Burns is the defensive leader, not Justin Tuck. Abdul Carter is the X-factor on defense, not Jason Pierre-Paul.
And Malik Nabers is the star wide receiver recovering from a significant injury, not Hakeem Nicks.
I will be there to cover it all for NorthJersey.com and The Record, and for you, our loyal audience for Giants coverage.
From the first practice on Wednesday, July 29 to the last one (Saturday, Aug. 8) until the Giants travel back to New Jersey, we will be on the ground with the players and coaches to capture every moment as the Harbaugh era begins.
