It appears Tyler Herro is still not best pleased with the Miami Heat for trading him to land Giannis Antetokounmpo.
The Heat gave up Herro, along with Kel’el Ware, Jaime Jaquez Jr., and Kasparas Jakucionis to bring the Greek Freak to South Beach.
Herro, who is a Milwaukee native, gets the chance to play for his home team. However, it doesn’t sound like the star is too happy about the way the deal went down.

One fan in Las Vegas for the NBA Summer League asked several NBA players what they thought was the craziest trade of the offseason.
Herro didn’t hesitate to name his own trade for Giannis Antetokounmpo, not offering much explanation outside of the bombshell nature of the move.
Herro wasn’t the only one to name this trade, as Jake LaRavia, Nate Ament, and Mike Miller gave the same answer when asked by the fan.
However, other players, like Quentin Grimes, Baron Davis, and JD Davidson, named the Philadelphia 76ers’ trading for Jaylen Brown as the craziest move.
Many have described the 2026 offseason as one of the wildest and most chaotic offseasons since 2019, when Kawhi Leonard, Anthony Davis, Paul George, Russell Westbrook, Kevin Durant, and Kyrie Irving all switched teams, completely reshaping the landscape of the NBA.
While the moves this year haven’t been quite as impactful, with many of the top contenders in the West still staying relatively the same, the massive names on the move this year have led people to be extremely excited for the new season.
The Eastern Conference definitely has new championship contenders, with both the Philadelphia 76ers and Miami Heat now expected to challenge the New York Knicks’ attempt to go back-to-back.
The 76ers are perhaps the team with the most expectations placed on them, given the improved quality of their starting five after landing LeBron James and Jaylen Brown.
Many fans are expecting the 76ers to finally end their 26-year streak and reach the Eastern Conference Finals and possibly the NBA Finals for the first time since 2001.
However, the reigning NBA champions will not make it easy for them, as the New York Knicks will want to get the most out of their current championship core before they are forced to go their separate ways due to the NBA’s salary constraints.
