The Atlanta Braves are wrapping up their current series with the Miami Marlins.
After a lengthy weather delay, the Marlins-Braves game is back on. At this current moment, the Braves lead 2-0 in the bottom of the fifth inning.
The Braves got those two runs via a home run by Ronald Acuña Jr., but that home run came in very atypical fashion, with two Marlins outfielders colliding with one another, and the ball propelling over the wall.

It’s one of the wackiest home runs that you will ever see, but nonetheless, it’s still a home run in the scorebooks.

It’s a very Jose Canseco-esque home run, but that’s how the Atlanta Braves are leading the series finale against the Marlins right now. Atlanta is going for its eighth straight MLB win.

So, as you can see, some people are a little upset that Acuña Jr. got a ‘cheap’ home run, and some patrons are fascinated by the bizarre long ball.

The home run for RAJ in the Marlins game is his 10th of the season.
On top of the 10 home runs, Acuña Jr. has scored 38 runs, driven in 24 runs, stolen 15 bases, and recorded 56 hits over 63 games.
Ronald’s season has been a little bit affected by injury, but there’s no doubting his impact on the Braves, who have the best record in MLB since the All-Star break, which coincides with Acuña’s return from the IL.
