See the full story · 1 sourcesThe TBT Tournament has been a staple in basketball offseasons for the past few years with former college stars and overseas players competing for a winner-take-all $2 million prize. With that kind of money on the line, emotions can run high.
But that doesn't excuse what happened at the end of Kansas alumni vs. Wichita State alumni semifinal game at Charles Koch Arena on Monday.
In a game that already saw multiple players ejected from both teams after a fight broke out on the baseline, tempers flared again after former Kansas star and James Naismith Award winner Frank Mason III won the game on a logo three at the Elam Ending.
After the shot, Wichita State's Marcus Keene could be seen cheap-shotting Jacob Hanna of Kansas. Hanna fell into a staffer who was also injured as a fight broke out.
