On Thursday, the Houston Rockets announced their complete schedule for the upcoming 2026-27 season.
The Rockets won 52 games during each of the past two regular seasons, tying for the fourth-most wins by any NBA team over that span. Dating back to 2004-05, Houston is tied for the second-most 50-win seasons (11) of any franchise.
Standard tipoff times for home games have shifted from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. local time. Red Rush 90, a 90-minute pregame experience which launched during the 2026 playoffs, has been expanded to include all home games. During the 90 minutes from when doors open until tipoff, fans wearing Rockets gear can enjoy 50% off domestic beers, as well as all Pepsi products, hot dogs, popcorn, and pretzels.
As previously announced, the Rockets will play a pair of preseason games in Macao on Oct. 9 and Oct. 11 as part of the NBA China Games 2026. Both are against the Dallas Mavericks . Houston will then close out its three-game preseason slate at home versus Oklahoma City on Oct. 15.
Houston has 21 regular season games slated for national television this season, including five on Amazon Prime; five on ESPN; nine on NBC/Peacock; and two on Peacock. Regionally, Space City Home Network (SCHN) and SCHN+ will carry every preseason game and all scheduled regular season games, except for nine that are designated as exclusive national broadcasts.
Each game will also be available on the team’s radio broadcast partners, SportsTalk 790 KBME and NewsRadio 740 KTRH.
