Mystery under the streets of New York City as 3 people emerge from manhole
Video captured three people wearing headlamps and rubber overalls emerging from a manhole in New York City last week during the overnight hours. This is at least the third such sighting, and police cannot fully explain it. Tom Hanson has more details.
