Former UFC title contenders Darren Till and Yoel Romero will collide at a catchweight of 190 pounds atop the upcoming BKFC 94 event, recently made official for Sat., Sept. 26, 2026 at AO Arena in Manchester, England. BKFC president David Feldman announced the matchup earlier today on The Ariel Helwani Show .
“I’ve finally gotten over my years of trauma and nightmares of Yoel Romero,” Till said in today’s release. “So, let’s f—king do this!”
Till made his BKFC debut with a knockout win over Aaron Chalmers back in May .
“Respect to Darren for accepting the fight,” Romero said. “But respect ends when the bell rings. See you soon.”
Romero is coming off a technical knockout win over Alex Nicholson at Gamebred Bareknuckle MMA, also in May. The BKFC 94 co-main event features BKFC Middleweight Champion David “The Redneck” Mundell defending his title against UK professional boxing standout Jack “The Meat Cleaver” Cullen.
“This is the biggest event we’ve promoted in the United Kingdom between two international combat sport superstars,” said David Feldman, Founder and President of BKFC. “Both Darren and Yoel have been very successful in their BKFC fights and both are looking for the biggest challenge in the promotion. It’s a very heated rivalry and no question, this will be bombs away from the opening bell.”
