Former Clemson star Tee Higgins continues to earn recognition as one of the NFL’s better wide receivers heading into the 2026 season.
Higgins landed at No. 19 in PFF’s ranking of the league’s top 32 wide receivers. The former Tiger is entering his seventh NFL season and has developed into one of Cincinnati’s most important offensive weapons alongside Ja’Marr Chase.
Health has been one of the biggest questions surrounding Higgins in recent years, but when he is on the field, his production speaks for itself.
“When healthy, he is a major reason for Cincinnati’s success, as evidenced by his 80.2 PFF receiving grade, which ranked 17th among qualified wide receivers last season,” PFF wrote. “If Higgins can maintain that level of production while playing all 17 games, the Bengals could easily find themselves back in the postseason.”
That will be the goal for Cincinnati in 2026 after missing the playoffs last season.

— Clemson Wire (@Clemson_Wire) August 21, 2026 The Bengals have followed an unusual pattern over the past several years, alternating between playoff appearances and missing the postseason since their run to Super Bowl LVI. If that trend continues, Cincinnati could be positioned for another bounce-back season.
A healthy Higgins would certainly make that possibility much more realistic.
