Add Page Six on Google Actor Tom Chadbon, known for his roles in "Game Of Thrones" and "Doctor Who," has died.
Fantom Events, a publishing and events company the 80-year-old worked with, confirmed his passing in a social media post Monday.
"We are sorry to hear the news that Tom Chadbon passed away last weekend," the Facebook statement read. "Tom was a familiar face to many from his numerous television and film credits, including 'Doctor Who,' 'James Bond' and 'Game Of Thrones.'"
The upload continued, "He was always a warm and friendly man to work with and we send our condolences to his family at this sad time."
Chadbon, who was born in Luton, Bedfordshire, had a television career spanning almost 50 years and also made an appearance in Daniel Craig's first "James Bond" film, "Casino Royale."
Additionally, Chadbon appeared opposite Tom Baker in the 1979 "Doctor Who" story "City of Death," which drew more than 16 million viewers and remains the most-watched episode in the show's history.
He returned to "Doctor Who" in a smaller role as Merdeen in the 1986 serial "The Trial of a Time Lord."
His last television appearance came in the Season 7 finale of "Game of Thrones" in 2017, in which he played High Septon Maynard.
Chadbon was married twice during his lifetime. His first marriage was to Deborah Elspeth Leathers in July 1966.
The couple had two sons — Dominic Thomas Chadbon and Nicholas Richard Chadbon — before their divorce in 1970.
Chadbon later married Jane Hennessy in 1977.
The couple remained together for decades until his death, maintaining a private life away from the entertainment industry.
