Or at least that is the point of view of "Locked on Celtics" host and Sports Illustrated Boston beat writer John Karalis. Speaking on a recent episode of the "Toucher and Hardy" show from the folks behind the "98.5 The Sports Hub" YouTube channel, Karalis spoke his mind about why the Celtics ought to kick the tires on the ask for Curry.
Why would the Dubs deal away a franchise icon and future Naismith Memorial Hall of Famer, you ask? The short version, per Karalis, is that if the Warriors decide that it is time to rebuild the team, Golden State could benefit a lot more from some quality draft picks than holding onto an aging star on an increasingly weakened roster.
