According to Charania, the Warriors offered four first-round picks to land Antetokounmpo, an offer that was ultimately rebuffed by the Bucks.
Charania also revealed that Golden State was in talks to land Jaylen Brown from the Boston Celtics but wasn't comfortable giving up the same amount of draft capital that they offered for Giannis.
All in all, both Brown and Antetokounmpo wound up with other contenders, leaving the Warriors searching for another true star to pair with Stephen Curry.
