We’re talking about the 2026 Little League Softball World Series and the excitement it can bring for teams of 10- to 12 year-ol players stepping on the field from Aug. 2-9.
For those who are making the trip to Greenville, North Carolina , the location is Stallings Stadium at Elm Street Park, which has been the Little League Softball World Series’ home since 2021.
The City of Greenville will also host an opening ceremony and celebration event on Saturday, Aug. 1 from 5-8 p.m. that the public can attend. In addition, softball fans from around the world can watch all the games on ESPN and ABC or stream the games on the ESPN App.
What will it take to win the championship?
It will require a minimum of four wins (for teams that don’t play on the opening day) or it could be a minimum threshold of five wins to raise the LLSWS championship banner.
