Ahead of the new season, the NFL is continuing to unveil its annual list of the top 100 players, with Las Vegas Raiders star Maxx Crosby getting his spot in the top 25 on Thursday.
Crosby, who has played for the Raiders his entire career, was named as the No. 24 player on the NFL's list, following another strong season. He compiled 73 tackles, with 45 of them solo tackles. In addition, Crosby recorded 10 sacks last season and one interception.
Upon the reveal, the Raiders took to social media to share the news along with a message about their defensive end, whom they drafted in the fourth round of the 2019 NFL Draft.
"Unmatched. Undisputed. Undeniable. Maxx Crosby is the No. 24 player on the NFL's 2026 edition of Top 100 Players," the Raiders wrote .

The NFL list is voted on by the players, showing how much respect Crosby commands for his defensive presence. The 6-foot-5, 255-pound defensive end is a five-time Pro Bowler and is gearing up for another big season on the Raiders' defense.
The announcement of Crosby's No. 24 spot arrives as the Raiders have been going through practices this month, in anticipation of upcoming preseason games and then the NFL regular season.
And Crosby has shown his fiery competitive nature, as he was part of a heated altercation with new teammate, veteran quarterback Kirk Cousins, resulting in both players being held out of the next day's practice.
The altercation seemingly stemmed from Crosby getting extra physical with his teammates on offense, and Cousins may have been attempting to stick up for them. Things have seemingly cooled down between the two players, and the Raiders will begin their preseason slate on Thursday at 8 p.m. ET, hosting the Arizona Cardinals.
This game will feature the Raiders' No. 1 pick, Fernando Mendoza, getting some time on the field for coaches and fans to see what he's capable of, albeit in a preseason game.
In the consecutive weeks, the Raiders will face the Houston Texans and San Francisco 49ers for their preseason slate. Las Vegas begins the regular season on Sunday, Sept. 13, as they host the Miami Dolphins.
