Video Shows ICE Agent Pointing Gun At US Citizen in Virginia

New footage shows a masked federal immigration agent pointing a handgun at a U.S. citizen in an office parking lot in Falls Church, Virginia.
Video shared by Carolina Molina shows agents surrounding her vehicle after she drove through the parking lot where Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers were detaining two men. She said she was distributing business cards for her psychological evaluation services at immigration law offices in the Falls Church area when she witnessed ICE agents making arrests.
She said she yelled at the officers as she drove past, and later denied allegations that she had been following them after agents confronted her and boxed in her vehicle.
A Department of Homeland Security (DHS) spokesperson described Molina as an "anti-ICE agitator" and said she tried to hit agents with her car.
A second video recorded on Molina's cellphone shows a masked agent wearing a vest labeled "POLICE" standing at her open car window with a handgun drawn and pointed towards her.
"Yeah, you recorded us. You almost ran us over," the agent says.
"I didn't almost run you over," Molina replies.
"You almost ran us over. Stop playing," the agent says.
A DHS spokesperson told NBC4 Washington: "On August 10, 2026, while ICE was conducting targeted immigration enforcement in Falls Church, Virginia, an anti-ICE agitator began to drive her car in circles around our ICE officers and then attempted to harm officers by weaponizing her vehicle against them—all in an attempt to help illegal aliens get away."
Representative Don Beyer from Virginia wrote on X: "My office has been in contact with the woman who recorded this video of an ICE agent drawing a gun on her. She is a Northern Virginia native and a mother. While I am relieved that she is safe, the habitual dishonesty and dangerous and unjustified escalation seen in this video matches what we have seen from ICE agents across the country. This kind of misconduct and threat of force against members of our communities cannot be tolerated. I will be demanding answers and consequences."
