Barcelona’s plans for Jesse Bisiwu are not being altered by the administrative delay that has kept the Belgian teenager out of La Liga action.

According to Mundo Deportivo , Bisiwu is currently training with Barça Atlètic while his pending visa procedures prevent La Liga from authorising his registration.
The 18-year-old is therefore being given valuable match time with the reserve side rather than waiting on the sidelines for the paperwork to be completed.
