“Winning the Premier League – it’s one of my biggest dreams in my life”: Liverpool seal £106m deal for PSG star Bradley Barcola
Bradley Barcola has said winning the Premier League is 'one of my biggest dreams in my life' after completing his move to Liverpool .
Liverpool have confirmed the signing of Barcola from Paris Saint-Germain for an initial fee of £106m, with the 23-year-old signing a long-term contract. The transfer fee could rise to around £123m with add-ons.
Barcola arrives at Anfield as one of the most exciting wingers in European football. The France international scored 39 goals and provided 35 assists across three seasons at PSG, where he won three Ligue 1 titles and back-to-back Champions League trophies.
At international level, he's scored six times in 26 caps for France, including three goals at the 2026 World Cup in North America.
Barcola becomes Liverpool's fourth major signing of the summer, following deals for Jeremy Jacquet, Victor Munoz and Ronald Araujo.
Speaking to liverpoolfc.com , Barcola said winning the Premier League has long been a career ambition.
"It's a great pride to be able to play for Liverpool. I'm very happy," he said.
"It took a long time but I'm really happy today to be able to play for Liverpool and all I want is to be on the pitch and be able to play.
"I hope to achieve very big things. First of all, winning the Premier League – it's one of my biggest dreams in my life.
"It is to do that and to stay in this team in the long term – that's why I signed a long contract – and I hope I can do it."
