Roseville forward, state's top 2028 recruit, transferring out of state

Another Roseville basketball star is headed West.

Roseville junior forward Carter George, ranked as the top recruit in Michigan's 2028 class , is transferring to CIA Bella Vista Prep, located in Arizona, according to multiple people with knowledge of the move. George is also listed as a member of Bella Vista Prep on the 247Sports recruiting website.

He is transferring to the prep academy alongside former Roseville sophomore Jordan McDaniel , who announced his transfer on Wednesday, Aug. 12.
