Cincinnati Bengals release first depth chart of 2026-27 season
Three days before the Cincinnati Bengals open preseason play against the Detroit Lions on Aug. 13, the team released its first 2026 training camp depth chart on its official website.
Below are all the first and second-string players on the Bengals squad for this upcoming fall, with the first-stringers appearing first, followed the second-stringers, then others following in order.
Like at the end of 2025, Joe Burrow and Joe Flacco are the top two quarterbacks on Cincinnati's depth chart.
A topic of conversation during the Aug. 6 training camp session was the battle between the more experienced Andrei Iosivas and rookie Colbie Young for the third wide receiver slot. Iosivas takes that spot, but Young is behind Tee Higgins in the second slot: a positive sign for the 2026 fourth-round draft pick.
Tight end Erick All Jr., who missed all of 2025 but ranked second in yards amongst Cincinnati's tight ends in 2024, is listed fourth at his position.
Quarterback: Joe Burrow, Joe Flacco, Josh Johnson, Sean Cillford
Wide receiver: Ja'Marr Chase, Mitch Tinsley, Kendric Pryor, Jordan Moore
Wide receiver: Tee Higgins, Colbie Young, Noah Thomas
Wide receiver: Andrei Iosivas, Charlie Jones, Ke'Shawn Williams, Dohnte Meyers, Xavier Johnson
Tight end: Drew Sample, Mike Gesicki, Tanner Hudson, Erick All Jr., Cam Grandy, Jack Endries, Josh Kattus
Left offensive tackle: Orlando Brown Jr., Cody Ford, Javon Foster
Left guard: Dylan Fairchild, Brian Parker II, Corney Robinson II

Right guard: Dalton Risner, Jalen Rivers, Liam Brown

As expected, major offensive additions in Dexter Lawrence II, Boye Mafe, Jonathan Allen and Bryan Cook will be starting in their respective positions. Shemar Stewart and B.J. Hill, who were injured either before or during training camp but could return during the season, are both second-stringers.
Cashius Howell, Cincinnati's highest draft pick from 2026, is in the second right defensive end spot behind Mafe.
Left defensive end: Myles Murphy, Shemar Stewart, Cedric Johnson
Defensive tackle: Dexter Lawrence II, T.J. Slaton Jr., McKinnley Jackson, Jordan Jefferson
Defensive tackle: Jonathan Allen, B.J. Hill, Kris Jenkins Jr., Landon Robinson, Howard Cross III
