If you don't watch the Philadelphia Phillies or New York Yankees everyday, the hat logos may not catch your eye.
But this weekend, including on Sunday Night Baseball, the two storied franchises have a slightly different look on their head.
The Phillies have more of a block 'P' that looks a lot like the letter used on the front of Pittsburgh Pirates hats.
The Yankees still have their interlocking 'N-Y' logo, but the spacing is all a bit different from the modern look.
No, there weren't mistakes made with these hats. They look like this on purpose.

Why do the hats look different for Phillies, Yankees?
Teams across MLB are wearing different hats this weekend.
They're throwing it back with various old-school looks because the Hall of Fame induction is on Sunday.
In honor of a day that recognizes baseball's long history, each team broke out a past look.
Some are more dramatic than others. For example, Tampa Bay is on full-on Devil Rays garb nearly two decades after becoming simply the Rays.
Arizona is rocking that old school teal-and-purple style from their early Diamondbacks days.
Others, like the Phillies and Yankees, have just subtle changes. But they're still cool ways to honor the history of America's Pastime.
