The actress will make close to $2 million to host the all-new "eventized season" of the NBC show, dubbed, according to a report from the Sun.
“Her fee is just for hosting. She will not have producer credit, which also plays into the lower number," a source told the outlet.
Daly, meanwhile, has reportedly been making around $6 million per season as both a host and producer. NBC revealed in a press release Tuesday that he will continue to host Season 30, which is currently in production and will premiere in September.
An insider said Daly's "salary went up as he continued to lead the series" over the last 15 years.
Page Six has reached out to reps for Palmer, Daly and NBC for comment.
Palmer, 32, and NBC jointly announced Tuesday that the comedian will serve as host for the special "The Voice: Celebrity" series, premiering in 2027.
“That’s right. It’s true. I’m hosting ‘The Voice.’ I’ll see you guys there,” Palmer said via Instagram .
According to an NBC press release, "The Voice: Celebrity" is “an extension of the longstanding series" with "actors, musicians, influencers, athletes, comedians, and reality television stars" as the contestants.
Queen Latifah, Riley Green and Joe Jonas will serve as coaches.
Daly is not hosting the season due to demands as co-anchor on the “Today” show and wanting to spend more time with his family, according to the Sun. He will, however, continue to serve as a producer.
The journalist spoke out about the change via Instagram on Tuesday, clarifying that he's not leaving the series entirely .
"Many today have asked if I’m leaving the show. Nope," he wrote. "We’re gonna try out these 2 formats this fall/spring & see how it goes! Hopefully this post clears up any confusion."
Daly also said that while he's "not the right" host for next year's celebrity version, he's still "producing and helping it launch from behind the scenes."
Later in his post, Daly said Season 30 — premiering next month with hosts Latifah, Green, Adam Levine and Kelly Clarkson — "may be our best season yet."
Daly has been the only host of “The Voice” since the show premiered in 2011. He’s been on the “Today” show since 2013.
He has four children — son Jackson, 17, and daughters Etta, 13, London, 11, and Goldie, 6 — with his wife, Siri Pinter.
