All five games have the potential to be entertaining, but two immediately stand out because of the storylines surrounding them.
The first is Spurs at Knicks, which will give fans a rematch of the 2025 NBA Finals. San Antonio and New York taking the court on Christmas makes for an incredible sequel to one of the league’s biggest series.
Then there’s Philadelphia at Los Angeles, which could be the most anticipated game of the entire day.
It will mark LeBron James’ return to Los Angeles after leaving the Lakers to join the Philadelphia 76ers. James spent eight seasons with the Lakers and helped deliver a championship to the franchise, so seeing him walk into Crypto.com Arena wearing a Philadelphia uniform should create an electric atmosphere.
