Topline A man was arrested Sunday on suspicion of burglarizing one of billionaire Kim Kardashian’s homes and stealing a car from the property, law enforcement sources told the Los Angeles Times, as an investigation remains ongoing.
Authorities responded to a call reporting an alleged burglary at Kardashian’s home in Hidden Hills, a wealthy gated community in Los Angeles County, just before 4 p.m. local time, Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Deputy Tracy Koerner told the Los Angeles Times .
A man was seen loading items into a vehicle at the property, and NBC News reported he was seen driving a vehicle from the property in the area.
The man was arrested for burglary, and an investigation is ongoing, the Times reported.
Kardashian and her children were not living at the home at the time of the incident, the Times reported, as it is being renovated.
Forbes has reached out to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department for comment.

Kardashian was robbed at gunpoint in Paris in 2016 while attending Paris Fashion Week. The robbers allegedly stole more than $9 million in jewelry as they bound Kardashian with zip ties. Kardashian testified in a Paris court last year as some of the alleged robbers stood trial, telling the court she thought she “was going to die.” Kardashian said during her testimony she changed her security practices after the incident and now staffs four to six guards at her home during the night. The court found eight of 10 defendants guilty in carrying out the robbery, after which Kardashian said she was “deeply grateful to the French authorities for pursuing justice in this case.”
