Brian Kelly has gone from head coach with an ever-changing accent to working in the CBS booth for some games this fall (and he's also predicting a perfect Notre Dame season , for what it's worth).
So how did he do? Despite all the jokes about whatever accent he used, there were some positive reviews -- of course the former coach knew ball, and he seemed fairly comfortable on the air.
But Kelly had this to say about his own debut: "I'll tell you what, you guys have been great, taking me in. I'll have to get better to keep up with you guys, but thanks for making this one a little bit easier than I thought."

Brian Kelly highlights from his CBS Sports debut
Brian Kelly: "This would be a Monday morning meeting with the game management crew in my office, if I'm at home and the clock's running." Adam Breneman: "Give us an idea of the things you would say." Kelly: "Just 'You guys need to do a better job,' and I'd leave it at that." https://t.co/Xytc1WW6Ej pic.twitter.com/1n1NYRnhI2
