The 49ers made a change on their defensive line on Thursday.
They announced that they have signed Jah Joyner to their 90-man roster. Victor Dimukeje was placed on injured reserve in a corresponding move.
Joyner signed with the Raiders after going undrafted out of Minnesota in April. He had 66 tackles, 14.5 sacks, nine passes defensed, four forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries in 42 college games.
Dimukeje was a Cardinals fifth-round pick in 2021. He had 67 tackles, four sacks and two forced fumbles in 55 games with Arizona and he appeared in five games for the Giants last season.
