Some courtside trolling by former NBA player Enes Kanter Freedom led to a confrontation with Chicago Sky star Natasha Cloud on Sunday night at Wintrust Arena, and the WNBA is taking notice.
Kanter Freedom stepped toward the court and began exchanging words with Cloud, before he was escorted away from his seat.
Ultimately, Kanter Freedom was removed from the arena.

After the game, Cloud did not speak to the media, but she did have conversations about the incident , according to Colin Salao of Front Office Sports.

While Cloud did not speak to the media, Sky head coach Tyler Marsh did address the incident, and voiced his support for his player.

“I know that she was, Well, I talked to the team and, you know, you know, Tash didn’t wanna feel like she was a distraction. I told her she wasn’t,” Marsh said. “I told her that we all embrace her as someone that protects our, our team and protects people that need to be protected, and so Tash is always gonna stand on that, and we stand for Tash.”
Cloud finished the game with a team-high 16 points, 4 rebounds, and 7 assists, and was named Chicago’s player of the game.
Up next for the Sky is a Tuesday night showdown against the Connecticut Sun at Mohegan Sun Arena. Tip-off is set for 7:00 p.m. ET. Hopefully that game will be able to take place without any outside distractions.
