Fabrizio Romano has reported that Sunderland are to sign Belgian interntional and Lyon winger Malick Fofana.
A deal has been verbally agreed and a fee of 30 miilion euros plus add ons has been accepted by the French club. Arsenal were believed to be front runners to sign the 21-year-old but were reluctant to pay the asking price.
