PSG are preparing to increase their offer for Zion Suzuki, a development that leaves Juventus facing the prospect of missing out on the Parma goalkeeper, at least directly.
According to Tuttomercatoweb , relaying Sky Sport, Parma had rejected an initial PSG proposal of €28m plus €5m in bonuses, but are unlikely to turn down the improved bid the French champions have in mind.
Nasser Al-Khelaïfi is said to be ready to put around €35m, bonuses included, on the table, with fresh contact between the clubs expected early next week. PSG are optimistic of reaching an agreement for the Japanese, who has already made clear he would happily accept the move, a significant step up in his career.

Juventus left to hope for a Suzuki loan from PSG
For Juventus, the news is a mixed blessing. Suzuki had been Luciano Spalletti’s preferred goalkeeper target, but with the player set for Paris rather than Turin, the Bianconeri’s only realistic route to him now runs through PSG.
As has been reported throughout the saga, Juventus are clinging to the hope of a straight loan should the Japanese complete his switch, a scenario that would suit a player unconvinced about immediately being a squad option in the French capital.
