Add Page Six on Google "All That" alum Christy Knowings died Tuesday after suffering an asthma attack that left her with brain damage. She was 46.
The Nickelodeon star was hospitalized on Friday after the attack, and placed on life support, TMZ reported.
She remained in that state through Tuesday, when her family ultimately decided to take her off it.
Knowings was a regular on "All That" for three seasons from 1997 to 2000 alongside Amanda Bynes, Nick Cannon, Kenan Thompson and more.
She played various roles on the comedy series, including Jessica and Penny Lane. However, Knowings' favorite role was as Gloria Bankhead in Season 6.
"She was an over-the-top Martha Stewart," Knowings said about the character in a 2019 interview with Bustle . "I had never played any character like her!"
"I just remember being on set and being her all-day long," she continued. "Everybody loved it! The writers, the stage managers … It was fun to just be in character like that, even when the cameras weren’t rolling. It’s what I’d do constantly.”
Knowings also praised the diversity among the cast, explaining, "I’m from the Bronx and Native American Afro-Latina, so I was able to bring so much to the table."
Knowings' most iconic line on the series was her and Bynes' catchphrase, "Whatever."
Her last TV role was as herself on "Sesame Street" alongside her twin brother, Chris, who remains a regular on the show.
Knowings starred in three episodes of the children's show from 2008 to 2011.
Additionally, she released the 2020 track "To the World."
Before her death, the former child star was not very active on social media. However, she previously shared several photos of herself posing with "All That" fans from time to time.
Knowings was also featured on the June/July 2026 cover of Black Beat magazine.
Knowings' death comes after fellow "All That" alum Kianna Underwood died in a hit-and-run accident in January.
The 33-year-old actress was struck while walking in the Brownsville neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York, and pronounced dead at the scene.
