Jordan Addison just finished up his third season as a wide receiver for the Minnesota Vikings , making him eligible to receive a contract extension.
Several members of Addison's 2023 NFL Draft class have already landed big-time contract extensions. Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Zay Flowers, who was selected just one pick before Addison, secured a four-year, $140 million deal on Tuesday.
In response to this news, Addison was asked how he feels about his contract situation.
"I'm being where my feet are. I'm just putting in work right now, going through camp, making sure I'm becoming a better receiver and I feel like everything is going to take care of itself," Addison replied.
Addison's production has dropped each year since entering the league as the Vikings' No. 23 overall pick. In his rookie season, he reeled in 70 catches for 911 yards and 10 touchdowns. In Year 2, he recorded 875 yards and nine touchdowns through 15 appearances.
Addison missed the first three games of the 2025 season due to suspension, finishing the year with 42 catches for 610 yards and three touchdowns.
The Vikings will open up their 2026 regular-season schedule with a Week 1 matchup against the Green Bay Packers on Sept. 13.
