DE Maxx Crosby to the 49ers
The 49ers are a Super Bowl-or-bust franchise that needs a big swing to keep up with the Seattle Seahawks and Los Angeles Rams. Adding Crosby to pair with superstar edge rusher Nick Bosa would count. San Francisco could throw caution to the wind and give its defense the best pass-rushing tandem in the NFL by trading for Crosby. The team has the cap space and draft capital to get a deal like this done; defensive coordinator Raheem Morris could have a field day with scheming these two up for opposing offenses. With Seattle boasting the latest Super Bowl and Los Angeles adding Myles Garrett, the time is right for San Francisco to get in on the blockbusters. Adding Crosby would keep the 49ers squarely in the Super Bowl conversation. Throwing in a young player like defensive end Mykel Williams could prevent San Francisco from losing out on multiple first-round draft picks in the years to come.

OLB Kayvon Thibodeaux to the Falcons
With the Falcons losing outside linebacker Jalon Walker to an ACL tear for 2026 and possibly losing outside linebacker James Pearce Jr. for some time to a meaningful suspension, Atlanta once again finds itself in the need for a pass-rusher. Enter Thibodeaux, who would immediately plug in as the team's top edge rusher for Week 1. Thibodeaux might not be a superstar, but he's more than enough for where the Falcons usually find themselves off the edge. The team could throw an extension his way upon arrival to at least solidify one of its core defensive roles for the next few seasons. As Walker gets healthy and Pearce Jr. returns to the field from his likely suspension, the three of them could form a solid young pass-rushing trio for the years to come in Atlanta. For now, Thibodeaux would fill a vital role on the depth chart and be the Falcons' main pass-rusher going into the fall. Atlanta sends back some secondary depth for the Giants as the team tries to figure its roster out under a new coaching regime.

Bucs NT Vita Vea to the Patriots
If the Patriots want to put the exclamation point on a strong offseason, adding Vea to the defensive line would do it. The team could absolutely upgrade its nose tackle spot with one of the best in the game, with Vea the kind of game-wrecker that would feast in a Mike Vrabel defense. Putting him in between Christian Barmore and Milton Williams would be terrifying for opposing offensive lines. The Patriots are getting closer to paying Drake Maye, so maximizing his rookie contract is paramount. Making a deal for Vea would just make the Pats that much scarier.

Titans QB Will Levis to the Browns
Let's be real. The Cleveland quarterback situation is a disaster right now . Deshaun Watson is cooked, and Shedeur Sanders and Dillon Gabriel might not be full-time NFL starters. Could the Browns' situation get any worse? Levis could probably win the job outright if thrust into the competition. He's still raw himself and has his fair share of lowlights, but he's also a good fit for Todd Monken's offense. He's got scrambling ability and a howitzer of an arm, which a good coach could mold into something workable. We'd feel better if we were Cleveland fans of giving Levis a try this season in a battle with Sanders and pulling the plug on the lackluster Watson experiment in particular.

Cardinals OLB Josh Sweat to the Colts
The Colts need more juice off the edge to compliment Laiatu Latu; this Indianapolis regime may only get one more bite at the apple before a possible clean sweep. Why not get a little risky and make a play for a sound edge rusher? Sweat is the perfect compliment to Latu and a formidable pass-rusher in his own right. The Colts could send one of their younger defensive linemen back with a good draft pick to add Sweat to Lou Anarumo's defense. It doesn't hurt that Colts coach Shane Steichen was in Philadelphia when Sweat played for the Eagles. There's familiarity there.

Patriots WR Kayshon Boutte to the Rams
What do you get the NFL team that has everything? Well, perhaps another deep option at receiver. As Boutte is set for a snap reduction in New England, he could probably find a bigger role in Los Angeles with the Rams. While it might not seem fair to pair Boutte with Puka Nacua and Davante Adams, it would be a nice boost for a Los Angeles passing attack that could use more speed and more depth. If the Pats were willing to deal, this would be a good get.
