Alexander is coming off a strong 2025 with the Ducks , where Oregon advanced to the College Football Playoff semifinals. The 6-foot-3, 300-pound defensive lineman posted career-best tackle numbers with Oregon last season. As a junior, Alexander recorded 50 tackles, one pass deflection and one sack.
Ahead of the 2026 season, Alexander earned All-Big Ten honorable mention recognition from USA TODAY Sports. Alexander and the Ducks are predicted to finish second in the Big Ten behind the Ohio State Buckeyes .
Alexander has the talent to succeed this fall. The Ducks need him to make a big impact as Oregon looks to return to the playoff. Alexander is expected to start at defensive tackle for Oregon. Before joining the Ducks, Alexander spent the 2023 and 2024 college football seasons with the USC Trojans . He controversially took a redshirt during the 2024 season.
Alexander is not the only Georgia transfer to earn all-conference honors. Miami defensive end Damon Wilson and Syracuse defensive back Chris Peal both were named first-team All-ACC.
