Luka Dončić ’s ex-fiancée, Anamaria Goltes , has submitted a request to dismiss her petition for child support.
According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, the Slovenian model, 28, moved to withdraw the filing on Monday, Aug. 3. TMZ was first to report the news.
“I am withdrawing my Petition for Child Support with the specific intention of resolving this matter amicably and by a mutual agreement which is in the best interests of our children,” Goltes wrote in a statement to a Los Angeles County court.
Goltes wrote that she was seeking to pull the matter “without prejudice,” which means she can refile at a later date. The request has not yet been granted as the documents are missing Dončić’s signature.
Just three months after Dončić, 27, and Goltes welcomed their second baby together, Dončić told ESPN on March 10 that he “recently made the tough decision to end my engagement.”
“I love my daughters more than anything and I’ve been doing everything I can for them to be with me in the U.S. during the season, but that hasn’t been possible, so I recently made the tough decision to end my engagement,” Dončić told the outlet. “Everything I do is for my daughters’ happiness and I will always fight to be with them and give them the best life I can.”

One day before Dončić shared his news, Goltes filed a petition seeking child support in a California court, according to documents reviewed by PEOPLE. In the petition, Goltes sought attorney’s fees and an unspecified sum in child support.
In May, after his Los Angeles Lakers lost in the second round of the NBA playoffs, Dončić posted two photos on his Instagram Stories that showed him reuniting with daughters Gabriela, 3½ , and Olivia, seven months, whom he shares with Goltes.
In one image, the NBA star played with his toddler while he held his new baby in his arms. Another picture showed the Slovenian athlete giving Gabriela a ride on his shoulders during an outdoors expedition.
The girls currently live in Slovenia with their mother while Dončić plays most of the year for the Lakers.
