Garcia and Palacios 'will raise our level

Fulham head coach Alvaro Arbeloa says Gonzalo Garcia and Cesar Palacios are "ambitious and talented players", having worked with them both during his time as a coach at Real Madrid.

The new signings have penned five-year deals at Craven Cottage, with a club option for a further year.

"I know Gonzalo [Garcia] very well," Arbeloa told Fulham's website . "I have had many years working with him. This is a very young player with a lot of ambition and capacity.
