Capital Prep/Achievement First went from a Class S playoff team in 2024 to the bottom of the standings last year.
While last year's team only returned three total starters, this year 13 players are back, and that includes senior offensive linemen Davero Lee and Daniel Hewitt and junior Kymani Douglas, who should offer quarterback Miguel Ojeda more time to operate.
Izzac Rivas and Michael Asberry will join Ojeda in the backfield as the team fights to get back into playoff-caliber form.
