The California Highway Patrol issued the alert Thursday afternoon for Jax Robottom, described as 3 feet tall, weighing 30 pounds and last seen wearing a blue shirt.
The child was last seen with a man, identified as 33-year-old Marcus Clayton, Thursday around 11:30 a.m. in near Figueroa Street and Slauson Avenue in Los Angeles, the bulletin stated. No other details were immediately released.
