WPVI NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J. (WPVI) -- A Rutgers University dean is under arrest for invasion of privacy. He is accused of taking inappropriate photos while working at the New Brunswick school.
The Attorney General's office says 51-year-old Josh Kohut used his phone to record "upskirt" videos without the victim's knowledge.
Rutgers has placed Kohut on administrative leave from his job as Dean of Research at the School of Environmental and Biological Sciences.
He is also banned from campus, pending the outcome of an investigation.
