Injured players were to report to training camp in Green Bay on Monday. Tom is recovering from offseason knee surgery, while Wyatt is coming back from a significant lower leg injury suffered in late November of last year. It appears both were able to pass a physical, allowing them to participate when the Packers open practice on Wednesday morning.
Both Tom and Wyatt are among the most important players to the 2026 Packers. Tom, the team's best offensive lineman, is one of the NFL's best right tackles. Wyatt, the team's best interior defensive lineman, is a consistent disruptor who can rush the passer when healthy. The Packers need both of them healthy and playing their best in 2026, especially after both players dealt with injury-plagued 2025 seasons.
Tom injured his oblique on a wild play in Week 1 and missed time, played through an accompanying back injury for much of the middle part of the season and then injured his knee in Denver on Dec. 14. He did not play again. Wyatt injured his knee in Week 4 and missed time, then suffered a significant ankle injury on Thanksgiving Day in Detroit.
The Packers placed tight end Tucker Kraft, defensive lineman Javon Hargrave, guard Aaron Banks, tight end Luke Musgrave and cornerback Kamal Hadden on the PUP list on Monday. Kraft and Hadden are coming back from significant injuries. It's unclear what Hargrave, Banks and Musgrave are dealing with individually, but Banks and Musgrave missed time during the offseason workout program.
Edge rusher Micah Parsons (torn ACL) is expected to join the five on the PUP list by Tuesday.
