Breaking down the Warriors 2026-27 schedule
Grab your pen or your highlighter; it's time to mark your calendars. The Golden State Warriors' schedule for the 2026-27 season is officially here. Following the announcement of their season opener against the Los Angeles Lakers and their holiday clash with the Denver Nuggets , the full schedule for the Warriors and the rest of the association was revealed on Thursday.
Following their opening tilt with the Lakers, the Warriors will return to the Bay Area to open the doors of Chase Center for the first time on Friday, Oct. 23 against the Memphis Grizzlies .

Golden State's 28 nationally televised games rank sixth in the NBA for the 2026-27 season. The Lakers, defending NBA champion New York Knicks , Philadelphia 76ers and the San Antonio Spurs are tied for the most nationally televised games at 34.
The Warriors will play 15 back-to-backs, including four back-to-backs in their first 16 games of the 2026-27 season. After the All-Star break, the Warriors will play 24 games, with 12 set for the road and the other 12 set at Chase Center. Golden State's longest road trip takes place from Feb. 3 to Feb. 13, featuring six straight games away from Chase Center. The Warriors will host a seven-game homestand to end the calendar year from Dec. 30 - Jan. 13, 2027.
The Warriors will welcome the defending champion New York Knicks to Chase Center on Jan. 6, 2027. The Warriors will travel to Madison Square Garden on Feb. 13. The Warriors will get their first look at LeBron James and the Philadelphia 76ers on March 24 at Chase Center. The next week, the Warriors will make the trip to Philadelphia on March 31. The Warriors will welcome Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Miami Heat to San Francisco early in the season on Nov. 5. The Warriors will travel to South Beach on Jan. 17, 2027. Near the end of the season, the Warriors will play Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and the Oklahoma City Thunder on back-to-back days in Oklahoma starting on April 8.
It all starts on Oct. 21 against the Lakers.
