See the full story · 1 sourcesThe IPO market is heading into another packed week, with seven companies scheduled to come out with public issues between August 17 and 21, seeking to raise more than Rs 6,400 crore collectively.The line-up includes Horizon Industrial Parks, backed by Blackstone, jewellery retailer Lalithaa Jewellery Mart, Shankesh Jewellers, Sunshine Pictures, Gaja Alternative Asset Management, Tempsens Instruments and Augmont Enterprises.The fresh batch of issues comes after five IPOs were launched this week and three companies had already entered the market earlier this month. With the seven upcoming offerings, the number of companies launching IPOs in 2026 is expected to reach 55, industry data showed.Horizon, Lalithaa to open IPOs on August 17Horizon Industrial Parks and Lalithaa Jewellery Mart will be the first to hit the market, with both IPOs opening on August 17. Horizon is looking to raise Rs 2,600 crore, while Lalithaa Jewellery Mart has set the issue size at Rs 1,700 crore.Horizon Industrial Parks' IPO is entirely a fresh issue and carries a price band of Rs 57-60 per share. The company intends to use the proceeds to repay borrowings.Lalithaa Jewellery Mart has fixed the price band at Rs 190-201 per share. Its offering consists of a fresh issue of up to Rs 1,200 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to Rs 500 crore.Shankesh Jewellers, Sunshine Pictures next in lineThe primary market will see two more issues open on August 18. Shankesh Jewellers will seek to raise Rs 367 crore, while Sunshine Pictures will raise Rs 282 crore.Shankesh Jewellers has set a price band of Rs 88-93 per share. Its IPO comprises a fresh issue of up to 2.95 crore equity shares and an OFS of up to 1 crore equity shares.Sunshine Pictures has fixed its price band at Rs 342-360. Its Rs 282-crore issue comprises a fresh issue of 48 lakh equity shares and an OFS of 30.37 lakh equity shares, taking the total offer size to 78.37 lakh shares. Promoters Vipul Amrutlal Shah and Shefali Vipul Shah will sell shares through the OFS.Gaja Capital, Tempsens followGaja Alternative Asset Management, which operates under the Gaja Capital brand, will open its Rs 550-crore IPO on August 19. The company has set a price band of Rs 152-160 per share. The issue comprises a fresh issue of up to Rs 450 crore and an OFS of up to Rs 100 crore.Tempsens Instruments will follow on August 20 with a fresh issue of Rs 95 crore and an OFS of 1.85 crore shares. The company is yet to announce the price band, which will be disclosed on Monday.Augmont to close week's IPO calendarThe week's IPO calendar will close with Augmont Enterprises on August 21. The integrated gold and silver platform will raise Rs 825 crore through a combination of a Rs 620-crore fresh issue and an OFS of Rs 205 crore. Its price band will be announced on Tuesday.The proceeds from the fresh issues are expected to be used largely for business expansion, capital expenditure, debt repayment and other corporate purposes, while the money raised through OFS will accrue to the selling shareholders.The IPO pipeline will remain active even after these seven offerings, with air freight forwarding and logistics company Skyways Air Services scheduled to launch its Rs 583-crore issue on August 24.Get the latest Business News and Live updates.
