Arizona Cardinals tight end Trey McBride has overtaken George Kittle of the San Francisco 49ers for the top spot, earning a coveted 99 rating from Madden 27 developers. It's the first time McBride has registered a 99 overall rating and up from his initial 93 rating in Madden 26 . McBride went on to set a league record last season for catches by a tight end (126) and also set career highs with 1,239 yards and 11 touchdowns.
Kittle checks in as the No. 2-rated tight end with a 96 overall rating after replacing Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce as the game's top-rated tight end last year. Kelce ranks third in Madden 27's tight end ratings, while Colston Loveland ( Chicago Bears ), Tucker Kraft ( Green Bay Packers ) and Hunter Henry (New England Patriots) are new additions to the top 10 this year.
