The California Highway Patrol is asking for the public’s help finding a missing 13-year-old boy who is considered at risk.
Damien Padilla was last seen early Sunday morning near Story Road and Lyndale Avenue in San Jose. He was wearing red sweatpants, a light-colored shirt and black shoes.
He is described as 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs about 130 pounds.
An endangered missing advisory was activated by CHP on Sunday for the counties of Santa Clara, Alameda, San Joaquin, Stanislaus and Sacramento.
Anyone who sees Damien Padilla is asked to call 911 immediately.
