Scheffler had just fired a bogey-free 8-under 63 to finish solo second at 22 under, while Harman posted a final-round 65 to finish tied for third at 20 under.
Both golfers ultimately finished behind 21-year-old Jackson Koivun , who carded a tournament-record 25 under to secure his first PGA Tour victory in just his third start as a professional.
With the round over, the two veterans settled in to sign their scorecards.
